Punk and Disorderly 2025
A weekend of sweaty rooms, old friends, new bands, good tunes, hangovers, merch, and enough punk energy to keep Skegness moving. From The Puncturists kicking things off to Criminal Damage, Tear Up, Critical Candy, Zero Tolerance, and Broken Three Ways, Punk and Disorderly 2025 proves that the smaller punk weekender is still very much alive. Best part: discovering bands you’ve never heard before, dancing with people you’ve known for years, making new friends, and keeping the scene going. Use them or lose them.
Feel the Up: Black Gold Sun on Community, Catharsis, and Saying Goodbye to Bottom of the Hill
Black Gold Sun’s Veronica and Anita are a band rooted in community, catharsis, chosen family, and the radical idea that you should leave a show feeling better than when you walked in. Ahead of their bittersweet September 9th show at Bottom of the Hill, they talk about punk's DIY spirit and the history that brought them here. Their new EP is a time capsule of this moment, but the message is timeless: rage, scream, rock, feel the up, and bring everybody with you. Featuring a sneak peak at their new video.
The Adicts at The Filmore: Every Circus Needs a Monkey
Punk is for all the misfits of all ages. From kids on their parents’ shoulders to seasoned silver-haired punks in studded battle vests, The Adicts’ recent Fillmore show proved punk remains one of the gracious spaces where generations of outsiders still belong together.
Dog Party kicked off the night with infectious energy and heart, while Monster Squad sent the pit into full chaos before The Adicts transformed the venue into a full-blown punk circus. More than a concert, it felt like a celebration of community, weirdness, family, and legacy.
